  Amelia County Public Schools' vision is to become the schools of choice for the community of Amelia where all students achieve at exemplary levels and emerge prepared to achieve future success and contribute to their community.

• AMELIA-NOTTOWAY VOC CTR

  
  

  Amelia-Nottoway Technical Center/Piedmont Alternative School is located in Nottoway County. We currently serve the students in region eight which is located in south east Virginia. We offer several programs to students from ages 13-18 and beyond. Students have the opportunity to receive their GED and industry certification from one of our day or evening programs. Currently we have 130 students enrolled in our programs with the average class size of 10-15 students. Our school has competed in regional and state competitions where they have received first place honors. This is a reflection of our dedicated staff and an excellent group of students. There are 21 Work Place Readiness Skills.
