  Whether you are preparing to enter the workforce for the first time, making a career change, honing skills for a position you already hold, or are looking to expand your knowledge and horizons, Kiamichi Technology Center in Atoka has something to offer you. KTC-Atoka provides full-time and short-time educational programs and services to secondary and adult students as well as customized training for business and industry. Also, KTC-Atoka has alliances with OSU-IT, Murray State College, and Eastern Oklahoma State University. KTC-Atoka has the ability to provide diversified and flexible training to meet the demanding needs of a modern workplace. The KTC-Atoka campus serves the communities in Atoka and Coal County as well as the following schools: Atoka, Caney, Coalgate, Stringtown, Tushka, Wapanucka, Cottonwood, Harmony, and Lane.

  Lane Elementary School is located in Lane, Oklahoma and is a part of the Atoka County School District. Our student population of 200 students has a very diverse ethnic makeup that brings a richness of cultures to our campus. Lane's staff is committed to providing a strong educational experience for our students. But this didn't happen overnight. This is the culmination of years of hard work on the part of talented teachers, and dedicated staff, diligently working as a team towards improving our schools and the performance of our students. And let's not forget about the remarkable strides of our students. They have shown us that when we raise our expectations, they will work hard to meet and surpass them. These scores are a testimony to their persistence more than anything.
