  We are proud of Blackville-Hilda Public Schools (Barnwell #19) and the progress we are making. Our focus on student achievement (academic excellence) includes a year- long emphasis on Rigor, Relevance and Relationships. We are monitoring our curriculum closely and ensuring that teachers and students have the necessary resources needed to exceed expected levels of teaching and learning. Students will not only learn information but be aware of the reason for gaining new knowledge and how to use what they have learned. Every person in our school district is important and valued. Each of us has a role in the education process. The relationships and bonds we build, nurture and sustain will help us work together for successful outcomes. OUR MISSION: High Expectations lead to Academic achievement in an atmosphere Where failure is not an option, Knowledge leads to excellence and Success prevails.

  Barnwell School District 45 is proud of the accomplishments of our district. This was made possible by our outstanding faculty and staff. Employees in our district strive to provide rigorous and challenging opportunities for our students. Barnwell is governed by a five-member Board of Trustees elected for three-year terms. The mission of Barnwell School District 45 schools in partnership with home and community is to provide challenging, appropriately-focused educational opportunities for children in a safe and nurturing school environment.

  The Barnwell County Career Center, located on Reynolds Road, is the culmination of a cooperative effort by Barnwell, Williston-Elko and Blackville-Hilda 91制片. This centrally located facility provides-at minimum cost--the best career training for all citizens of Barnwell County. OUR MISSION: "We prepare each student academically, technically, and socially to adapt and compete in an ever-changing economy."
