  The mission of the District is to contract with cooperating school districts for the provision of comprehensive, success-oriented learning activities for young people who reside in the District, and to provide safe and efficient transportation of the students to the cooperating schools in which they are enrolled.

Graduates from FUSD high schools consistently earn in excess of $8 million a year in scholarships to colleges and universities.

• FREDONIA-MOCCASIN UNIFIED DISTRICT

  
  

  Fredonia Moccasin Unified School District is a rural district located next to the Arizona/Utah border sixty miles north of the Grand Canyon. It covers the towns of Fredonia, Moccasin, Cane Beds and also includes the Kaibab Band of Paiute Indians. The district consists of one high school, and one K-8 school.

• GRAND CANYON UNIFIED DISTRICT

  
  

  The school district offers a comprehensive K-12 education that includes advanced placement classes for high school students, K-12 Spanish, Career and Technical Education classes to a complement of core academic offerings. As with one of the very first teachers coming to the Canyon with international experience, the district expanded the emphasis on international mindedness when Primary and Middle Years I.B. programs were approved nearly six years ago.
