Instruction will be conducted in a manner to foster PRIDE among students and faculty. We will strive to incorporate modern technological advancements in instruction as well as administration of the district and to make financial resources available to maintain and improve buildings and grounds, which showcase the community's pride. We are committed to engage the public through communication to ensure that the needs of the community are being met.

The community spirit has promoted a sense of commitment to the school district, which serves as a community center and a source of pride for all, including senior citizens and rural residents. There is a shared sense of the significance of local history, the importance of families, and the involvement of people of all ages in the community and the schools.
