  The Cullman City Board of Education offices are located at 301 1st Street Northeast. The Superintendent of the Cullman City Board of Education is Dr. Jan Harris. The City Board of Education was changed from an appointed board to an elected board in 1995. Board members are elected in August at the same time as the Mayor-Council election.
