  East Feliciana Parish School Board is a school district headquartered in Clinton, Louisiana. The district serves the students of East Feliciana Parish. We are committed to becoming the premier rural school district in the state of Louisiana. Here's how: Building Scholars -Number of Nationally Board Certified Teachers has quadrupled since 2010. -Two schools featured in State Superintendent鈥檚 tour of high-poverty, high-performing schools. -Nationally recognized for implementation of Teacher Advancement Program (TAP) to develop, reward, and retain excellent teachers. -22% increase in district performance score from 2007 to 2011, in the top fifth of districts statewide and more growth than any neighboring school system. Building Innovators -Jackson Elementary School Improvement Grant plan ranked #1 statewide, Clinton Elementary ranked #2. -Value-Added pilot district. -Two faculty members awarded Quality Science and Math (QSM) grants in 2010. -State finalist for district Striving Readers Comprehensive Literacy (SRCL) grant. -Faculty presented at state Louisiana Association of Computer Using Educators (LACUE) conference. Building Citizens -Host of Rice University Alternative Spring Break (ASB) trip in 2011 and 2012. -Students recognized as state and regional winners in the Junior American Citizens (JAC) contest in 2009 and 2010. -Middle school featured on Good Morning America for outstanding growth in culture and academic achievement. -All elementary schools participated in 2012 inaugural East Feliciana 4th and 5th Grade Math Quiz Bowl.
