  The mission set for by Cutter Morning Star School District is to create a learning community that promotes a positive thinking culture; provides a quality curriculum with a highly qualified staff in a safe, healthy environment; and offers the quidance and educational opportunities necessary to prepare students to become well educated, technologically prepared, health-conscious, productive citizens who will accept the responsibility and the challenges of the world.

  The Fountain Lake School District is one of seven K-12 independent school districts in Garland County, Arkansas. The district serves an area of 186 square miles and is located north and east of the city of Hot Springs which supports a year round population of approximately 50,000 people. The district is nestled in the Ouachita Mountains and is ideal for recreational camping, all water sports, scenic views, hunting and fishing. Within a 50 mile radius are located many cultural activities, colleges, universities and the state capital, Little Rock.
