  Welcome to the Altmar-Parish-Williamstown (APW) Central School District serving our community since 1960. The APW School District serves approximately 1,400 students that reside within a 180 square mile area. APW school buildings include the Altmar Elementary School, Parish Elementary School, Middle School and High School. Located on the Southern side of the Tug Hill Plateau in Oswego County, the APW School District is nestled in the center of some of the most beautiful country Central New York has to offer.

  The Phoenix Central School District, in Central New York, is located 15 miles north-west of Syracuse聽and 18 miles south-east of Lake Ontario.聽聽Phoenix is primarily a rural community, situated at Lock 1 of the Oswego River and Oswego canal, making it the southern gateway to Oswego County. 聽It is conveniently located near Route 481, making it accessible to many fine parks, shopping facilities and restaurants. The Phoenix Central School District serves nearly 2300 students housed in three school buildings - Michael A. Maroun Elementary School houses grades K - 4, Emerson J. Dillon Middle School houses grades 5 - 8 and John C. Birdlebough High School houses grades 9 - 12. The Phoenix Central School District is committed to a strong educational program that promotes academic and personal growth for all students. The district鈥檚 belief is that each student will become a productive, responsible, confident individual with a strong academic foundation and the ability to make intelligent choices.
