  Mission Statement:Milnor Public School will provide educational opportunities for students to learn and be productive, empowering them to be informed, responsible citizens in today's world.The small town of Milnor, ND is located on Highway 13 just 40 miles west of Wahpeton, ND and 11 miles east of Gwinner, ND. Milnor's population of just over 700 people believe we have a great deal to offer for a small community. Among the many amenities the community offers are an excellent school system, medical clinic, attorney, ambulance and fire department, community center, golf course, excellent park and recreational facilities, three churches and a variety of retail and service businesses.
