  Apollo-Ridge is a rural school district located in southwestern Pennsylvania approximately 45 miles east of Pittsburgh on a single-campus site in Spring Church. The District extends to the southern border of Armstrong County, the northern border of Westmoreland County and western border of Indiana County. Five municipalities from two counties, Armstrong and Indiana, comprise the District -- Apollo Borough, Jacksonville/Blacklick Township, Kiskiminetas Township, North Apollo Borough and Young Township -- for an approximate 70 square-mile area that is populated by approximately 9,000 residents. The District encourages parents and other community members to participate in the schools as primary partners for offering the best program possible for all students. To that end, an overarching goal is to build those alliances through well-developed, comprehensive communication that informs and invites the school community to support learning initiatives and to participate in ongoing activities.

  Armstrong School District is located in southwestern Pennsylvania, in central Armstrong County, with a small portion located in western Indiana County. Mission Statement: The Armstrong School District, in partnership with our families and communities, will graduate educationally prepared, productive, morally responsible individuals.

• LEECHBURG AREA SD

  
  

  The mission of the Leechburg Area School District shall be to teach, challenge, and support every student to realize his or her maximum potential and to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to be a productive member of a global society in the twenty-first century.

• LENAPE TECH

  
  

  Lenape Tech is a comprehensive career and technical school offering training in 16 technical areas. Students in the Apollo-Ridge, Armstrong, Freeport, and Leechburg school districts may attend Lenape Tech full-time for two years (11th & 12th grade). Lenape students receive training in both their chosen technical field, and in complementary academic disciplines. Our Mission: Lenape Tech will develop the foundation for students to succeed in an ever changing, technological world by providing an active learning environment which will lead to a prosperous and rewarding future for self, family, and community.
