  The Central Intermediate Unit # 10 is one of Pennsylvania's 29 education service agencies. The CIU supports public and private schools and school districts in Clearfield, Centre and Clinton Counties. We are a liaison to the Pennsylvania Department of Education. We provide service to you in all areas of public and private education including Pre-K to Grade 12 student programs and services to teachers, paraeducators, administrators, adult learners and parents. If you have an educational need, we can help. CIU services include NCLB/AYP school improvement consultation, professional development and training for teachers, paraeducators, and administrators, student therapy services, special education services, preschool programs, an autism academy, artists-in-residency services and other student and adult fine arts services, GED and adult education programs, high school summer school and much more.

  Clearfield County Career and Technology Center (CCCTC), located at 1620 River Road, just off Interstate 80 in Central Pennsylvania, is a technical educational institution founded in 1969 to meet the needs of the community and six secondary sending schools in Clearfield County. The county's population, according to the 2000 census statistics, is over 83,000 people. Our mission is to provide quality career-technical educational programs and services that prepare youth and adults for success in the workplace, postsecondary, and community, now and in the future.

  The Harmony Area School District is located in the south-western corner of Clearfield County, in Pennsylvania. We are a rural school district bordering Cambria and Indiana Counties. The district consists of two townships (Burnside and Chest) and two boroughs (Cherry Tree, Indiana County, and Westover, Clearfield County.). The Harmony Area School District is committed to academic excellence including the cultivation of individual strengths and talents so that all students, upon completion of their education, may assume responsible adult roles as citizens, family members, workers, and life-long learners.   The Philipsburg-Osceola Area School District is located in Clearfield and Centre counties. It is comprised of approximately 1,900 students and 300 employees in two K-4 elementary schools (Philipsburg Elementary and Osceola Mills Elementary), a 5-6 intermediate-level school (North Lincoln Hill Elementary), a 7-8 Junior High School and a 9-12 Senior High School. Philipsburg Osceola is committed to helping all students achieve at the highest levels. Teachers use inquiry-based instruction, an effective, researched-based teaching strategy, and work collaboratively to prepare students to become outstanding citizens.
