School District Mission The mission of Barber County North Unified School District 254 is to educate all students for productive lives and responsible citizenship for the 21st century. The community, parents, staff, faculty, students, and administrators, and the Board of Education are committed, as educators, to establish high expectations and an optimum level of individual student achievement. U.S.D. 254 will provide effective instructional leadership, responsible fiscal management, and a quality learning environment.
