We are a forward looking school system that prides itself in providing its students with a strong academic background and a well rounded education. Our secondary school, Stearns High School, is fully accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. Our graduates regularly attend colleges and universities throughout the United States. Our graduates have gone on to become very successful in a highly competitive business world with Stearns High School graduates holding important positions throughout the world.Our Science Department provides our students with the opportunity to perform cutting edge science experiments. Our Performing Arts program, consistently recognized for its excellence, provides our students with strong instrumental and vocal opportunities. We provide students with quality play productions in a fully instrumented auditorium with excellent sound and lighting controls. Our athletic programs are very competitive at all levels, giving our students the opportunity to keep active and strive to be the best they can be. Stearns has a long history of successful sports teams. We offer a protective and supportive school system with an emphasis on parent - teacher communications.
