About Ocean Springs School District

Description provided by the district or community — not part of the NCES dataset.

The Ocean Springs School District is located in a suburban community of approximately 18,000 persons on the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast. Life on the Coast slows down in Ocean Springs where there is time to stroll oak-draped streets and discover secluded beaches. The district has kept pace with the residential and commercial growth of the Gulf Coast by the leadership of its five board of trustees who work to ensure that every student attends exceptional schools in a nurturing atmosphere and receives instruction from the best available educators.
