About CABOOL R-IV

Description provided by the district or community — not part of the NCES dataset.

The Cabool R-IV School District, in partnership with the patrons of the district, has a mission to provide lifelong learning opportunities to each student through a commitment to academic excellence, preparing effective, responsible citizens to meet future challenges and live productive lives. Cabool R-IV School is a comprehensive school serving a student body of approximately 800 students in grades Pre-K through twelve. The school offers courses in a broad range of subjects and courses that treat each subject to considerable depth. We also offer several courses that are considered by the State of Missouri and by the local Board of Education to be necessary to the education of a well-rounded individual. Among the more than 100 approved units of credit offered by the high school, we are sure that every student, regardless of his/her aptitudes, can find stimulating classes that will adequately prepare him/her for any occupation or higher education that he/she may choose. The High School and Middle School have implemented the traditional 7-Period day schedule form of instruction. The Middle School and High School also offer a number of extra-curricular activities including sports, cheerleading, band, chorus, speech and drama, student council, and many other clubs and organizations.
