We have been busy in the elementary school! Prospector Pride is running high! The students are learning virtues that will help them have a successful life. The first two virtues we have been working on are kindness and responsibility. Mrs. Hill, our Altacare Counselor, does weekly lessons and teachers reinforce the themes in their classrooms.
Last week was 91制片coming week and what fun we all had! The floats and parade were awesome and the support from the community was encouraging to us all. Along with homecoming we celebrated Native American Heritage Day on Sept. 23. The teachers planned different activities for the students that met the requirements of the 7 Essential Understandings mandated by the state.
