Mission-All Linden Public School students will demonstrate mastery of academic skills and requisite competencies consistent with the New Jersey Core Curriculum Content Standards, which will enable them to achieve their goals for higher education and chosen career opportunities. We shall strive to increase the percentage of students achieving those goals each year. In pursuit of this mission we will form meaningful and productive partnerships with parents, citizens, and businesses to bring about change and acquire resources needed to accomplish our mission.Vision-Our vision in the Linden Public Schools is to provide a safe and secure environment, which encourages each student to develop an appreciation for learning, a healthy self-image and a respect for others in our diverse society. Each student will participate in a comprehensive educational program, which is designed to prepare students to achieve their full potential as productive members of society in the 21st century. We accept our responsibility to ensure that our efforts meet the needs of students, their families and the community and that these efforts have a positive effect on continuing those values, which give dignity and purpose to life and democratic processes.
