The Jemez Valley Public Schools Board of Education, through its duties and responsibilities, believes and affirms that the primary mission of Jemez Valley Public Schools is to provide a directed school system committed to the common needs of all children regardless of age, race, religion, gender, abilities, challenges, or socioeconomic status by addressing the unique differences and needs of each individual student. The Jemez Valley Public Schools Board of Education will make available to all of its students, opportunities for success by developing the knowledge, skills, attitudes, habits, and character essential to develop relationships that are based on mutual respect and to becoming effective participants in their chosen vocations.
