Ganado Independent School District is located in the northern part of Jackson County 37 miles northeast of Victoria and approximately 90 miles southwest of Houston. Our Mission: Ganado ISD is dedicated to providing an educational program that will ensure each student, regardless of ability, environment, or ethnicity the opportunity to develop knowledge, skills, physical abilities and competencies to maximum capacity, and to learn behavioral and social patterns which will make that student a responsible member of society in a diverse and changing world.
