Liberty is a small rural school district twenty miles south of Spokane serving the communities of Spangle, Fairfield, Latah, Waverly, Plaza and Mt. Hope. We provide a comprehensive educational program for 410 students in grades K-12 including FFA, FBLA, robotics, AP courses in English, math, and Spanish as well as interscholastic sports in grades 7-12. Small class sizes and a close family atmosphere combine for success through individual attention and high accountability. Our Mission: The Liberty School District staff and communities strive to ensure a quality education that maximizes each student's potential. We provide educational experiences that teach essential academic learnings to develop responsible, contributing citizens who are life-long learners. We recognize diversity, promote self-discipline, accountability, and respect for self and others in a safe, caring environment.
