  The mission of the Champaign Unit #4 School District, in partnership with the community, is to guide all students in gaining knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to direct their lives, improve a diverse society, and excel in a changing world by providing dynamic, resource-rich learning environments and experiences in which people and lifelong learning are valued.

• CHAMPAIGN/FORD ROE

  
  

  The Regional Office of Education for Champaign and Ford Counties is located in the Myna Thompson Elementary School Building at Rantoul, Illinois. It represents a publicly owned facility and is centrally located within the two-county area. This two-county Regional Office of Education encompasses approximately 1500 square miles. The region is 115 miles long from North to South and 30 miles wide.

• EDUC FOR EMPLOYMENT SYS 330

  
  

  The Education for Employment System #330 (EFE) is a regional delivery system designed to administer the efficient delivery of career and technical education. A Governing Board made up of thirteen Superintendents, or their designees governs EFE #330. As an educational cooperative we are a non-for-profit entity and function under the same guidelines as public school systems. EFE Systems were founded by the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) in 1985 under Intergovernmental Agreements between participating school districts.

  he Rural Champaign County Special Education Cooperative (RCCSEC) is a service organization whose primary functions are to plan, advise, recommend and provide special education services for the children (ages 3-21) who have special needs in our member districts and to assist district personnel with all such programs and services. Secondary functions include participation in the professional development, dissemination of information to parents and communities and cooperation with other service agencies. The Administration and staff of RCCSEC are dedicated to the proposition that every child may learn.

  St. Joseph-Ogden High School is committed to nurturing the development of the total child, to fostering a love of learning, and to providing instruction in the basic skills required for active and involved citizenship in our country and community. We also strive to maintain an environment that sustains the safety, wellbeing, intellectual stimulation, mutual respect, and enthusiasm of all students, staff and families. Through shared decision-making, all parties support opportunities for a variety of teaching and learning formats. Technology is implemented throughout the curriculum in order to engage students in active learning. The school administration promotes a culture whereby instructional innovations and leadership are shared and encouraged. The school and the wider community work together to develop and enhance the educational programs and to use our resources to the benefit of all students.

  Thomasboro Grade School serves kindergarten through eighth grade with an enrollment of approximately 150 students. Thomasboro Grade School strives to help all of its students reach their maximum character, scholarship and achievement potential by fostering a nurturing, warm, and understanding environment. TGS takes advantage of its small size to give its students the individual attention necessary to meet the challenges of today and the unknown tomorrow.
