The Metropolitan School District聽of Pike Township is one of the largest school communities in the metropolitan Indianapolis area, with over 10,000 students, from kindergarten to high school. It offers a wide variety of educational programs to support the varied needs of its growing student population. Located in the northwest section of Marion County, district boundaries include 96th Street on the north, Township Line Road on the east, 38th Street on the south, and County Line Road on the west.聽The MSD of Pike Township represents a district rich in racial, cultural, ethnic and socio-economic diversity. Pike schools are multiethnic with a 60 percent population of students of color. The district has more than聽850 international students who represent聽64 countries and speak聽68 languages.聽聽
