Located in the hills of Cresson, Pennsylvania, the Cresson Secure Treatment Unit is a secure treatment center for 52 adjudicated male adolescents, many of whom failed to progress in less intensive programs within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Cresson Secure Treatment Unit is comprised of four thirteen-bed residential areas with shared comprehensive Educational, Medical, Clinical and Residential service components. The Unit is licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and complies with all Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 3,800 regulations. One of the four Cresson Secure Treatment Unit鈥檚 thirteen-bed communities, is designed to provide more intensive clinical and residential services in a specifically structured environment to serve boys with mental health challenges.
