Montague Elementary School is located in the town of Montague which is 7 miles East of Yreka, California, in beautiful Siskiyou County. At our school, we seek to provide a safe environment in which students can grow to their fullest academically, emotionally, and socially so that they can become educated, responsible, contributing citizens of our world. This goal is evidence of dedication to our mission to "Ensure safety and learning for all students." Our two rules - "Be Safe" and "Be Kind"- work to help the students learn to be responsible for their own actions to create a good learning environment.
